The wine regions of Sonoma County, north of San Francisco, are wonderful Day Trip destinations for those wishing to add enjoyment of wines to their enjoyment of corkscrews! We present herewith 2 of our favorite Drive It Yourself Wine Tours:
Dry Creek/Alexander Valley	The Russian River
From San Francisco, plan on 5-6 hours for the Russian River trip; Dry Creek/Alexander Valley is a little farther and might take 6-7 hours. Each trip is flexible, with recommended "basic" vineyards + extras if time allows. Also included - tips for lunch. Have a great time!
