Direct Pull / Straight-Pull Corkscrews

The simplest type of corkscrew -- insert the worm and pull! Not the simplest to use, however. It takes some practice to center the worm exactly, and an off-center worm can lead to a shredded cork.

There are T-shaped, Fixed Handle corkscrews....
